Job summary

The internship proposed is at the heart of the Sales COO team. Based in the Capital markets trading room London, the internship provides extensive exposition to the financial instruments offered by the GMD catalogue Furthermore, this internship will provide a valuable and in-depth view of a CIB and its departments.

The successful candidate will assist the Sales COO team in London in the following tasks:

1.      Assist the Sales COO team in day-to-day queries from various Businesses and Functions

  

2.      Automation of processes, various extractions, reporting and presentations for different stakeholders

a)     Ad hoc special analyses, business plans, governance presentations.

b)     Data extractions from different trading / FO platforms.

c)      Create dedicated alert / reports for Sales Management (Balance Sheet over/under consumption, Return on Balance Sheet etc..)

  

3.      Compute statistics, perform testing on various tools and products

a)     Perform non regression / new functionalities testing Sales tools

b)     Perform functional tests for the different applications (Balance Sheet Monitoring Tool, Symphony App/BOT etc.. )

 

4.      Assist the Sales COO team in the management of various projects, perform analysis on existing workflows and suggest improvements

  • Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements, including, but not limited to, the London Compliance manual and the Financial Crime Policy.
  • Maintain appropriate knowledge to ensure to be fully qualified to undertake the role. Complete all mandatory training as required to attain and maintain competence.
