Job summary

This role focused on delivering tailored market solutions to institutional clients while working closely with trading, structuring, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and compliant transaction execution.

 

Key responsibilities

1. Marketing products

• Support the marketing and distribution of Global Markets products to institutional clients

• Engage with clients to understand their objectives and provide product ideas and market updates

• Support transactions in close coordination with trading and structuring teams

• Assist transactions from origination through execution, including complex and customized structures

• Monitor relevant economic and financial market developments impacting market products

• Contribute the overall initiatives and targets of the Global Markets Sales Team

 

2. Management and Reporting

• Provide regular updates to line managers on business matters

• Participate in team meetings

• Adhere to internal procedures

• Actively develop product knowledge and best practices in client interactions

 

3. Control

• Ensure all client interactions and trade executions comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies

• Coordinate with teams to confirm client eligibility and approvals

 

4. Risk

• Adhere to and understand risks to the Securities and the client resulting from marketing initiatives or successful conclusion of transactions

Minimal education level

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

  • Degree in Economics or Finance related preferred

Level of minimal experience

0-2 years

Experience

  • Candidates who have completed all graduation requirements and are available to start work from February
  • Candidates with less than one year of post-graduation work experience
  • Experience in related industry / related department preferred (not mandatory)
  • Understanding on Global Markets' products and non-standard bonds (ABS, structured notes, etc)
  • Highly motivated, excellent communicator, innovative, team-oriented attitude
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Korean and English
