Job summary
The Corporate Banking and Transverse system domain within GIT New York organization is in charge of the IT projects, applications support & maintenance of the following domains: Finance, Counterparty & Credit Risk, Commercial banking (Front and back office), Payments and SWIFT messaging and related compliance applications, transverse applications, as well as non-business applications (IT for IT, Administration, HR ...).
The department is looking for a talented support specialist with a balance of technical knowledge and business acumen to partner with business groups and guide development teams to conceptualize, design and deliver new functional processes and to ensure daily support on Commercial banking domain (specifically on ACBS application)
On applications/business areas related to Commercial banking the support specialist applies creativity, business understanding, analytical processes, critical thinking, experience and project management to support the environment, document and guide the implementation of application solutions for. Support activities include assisting users with their questions on the application functionalities, data analysis and overall business processes.
The position is specifically related to the ACBS application.

Required skills
Support analyst on ACBS and its eco-system
- Address user’s requests/questions on applications related to commercial banking domain (more specifically ACBS and upstream/downstream applications): requests analysis, coordination with development and technical support team, testing
- Vendor contact for: BCP tests, connectivity, systems enhancements
- Supervise system monitoring by the vendor
- Incidents
- Problem management and continuous improvement
Business analysis on ACBS and its ecosystem
- Gather requirements and define specifications so development can be done.
- Propose and design technology solutions and transform them into clear business and technical requirements.
- Coordinate and assist with development teams to ensure proper implementation of business requirement in the information system.
- Liaise with the business (Finance, Risk, Compliance,
- Operations, and Commercial business lines) to understand strategies and interpret underlying business needs.
