Job summary

Join the Leveraged and Telecom Finance Syndicate team within the Distribution and Asset Rotation (DAR) department at Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank in London. This internship offers the opportunity to support senior team members in structuring, pricing, and syndicating leveraged loans and High Yield bonds across EMEA. Ideal candidates will be highly competent, demonstrating strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates will gain invaluable experience and insight into the financial industry through rotations within the DAR department.

 

 

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assist in the execution of Bookrunner responsibilities on Primary Syndicated Leveraged Loan and High Yield Bond transactions
  • Review credit memos, due diligence reports, financing grids, and write syndication opinions
  • Develop liquidity analysis spreadsheets and compose, as well as update, syndication status reports
  • Set up transactions in Debt Domain and manage them throughout the syndication process
  • Handle investor queries and maintain a Q&A tracker
  • Prepare allocation spreadsheets and write first drafts of syndication materials
  • Arrange roadshow meetings and track deal expenses.
    Prepare closing memos and review and submit league table information
  • Provide research and market analysis, maintain an investor activity database, and support marketing activities
  • Produce and update reporting spreadsheets and undertake other administrative tasks to ensure proper upkeep of files and administrative trails
