DAA is responsible for:

Enterprise Architecture — defining and enforcing architectural standards and principles across all IT business domains.

Digital, Data & AI strategies and foundations — shaping the bank's strategic directions and delivering the underlying capabilities that enable transformation at scale.

Software Engineering Platforms — providing shared platforms, tooling and engineering practices (including DevSecOps, CI/CD, and software quality standards) that enable all IT teams across the organization to build, deliver and operate software consistently and at scale.

DAA's core ambitions are twofold: elaborating and enforcing these strategies consistently across all IT business domains and delivering the shared foundations and platforms that the entire organization relies on.

This senior role reports functionally to Global Head of DAA and it has broad visibility across all domains.

Ensure the quality of documentation produced, including updates to the application repository, application mapping, and detailed architecture documentation.

Cross-functional architecture responsibilities:

Contribute to and enrich the architecture reference framework, including the elaboration of technology roadmaps and the definition of shared technology foundations across the domain.

Ensure architectural decisions prioritize the full exploitation of standard technologies and specialized platforms, fostering convergence and limiting custom development to where it genuinely adds value

Federate continuous technology watch to anticipate emerging trends, assess their relevance to the ISR's strategic context, and maintain a forward-looking view of the technology landscape. Drive structured technology studies, to generate concrete, evidence-based insights that inform architectural decisions and reduce uncertainty.
