Key Responsibilities
· Support Recovery Managers on problem credits, including Syndicated participations and Agented transactions;
· Analyze financial data and review credit documents as requested;
· Prepare demandes for restructurings and amendments;
· Prepare periodic reports including quarterly Substandard Asset Reports, Reserve Forecast, Equity Reports, BHCA, RPC Anomaly responses, etc.;
· Work with Bank systems including DIAMS (DAS’s system), CSD, Anomaly Workflow, Phidias, Eurecca, Anadefi, CGM, Covenant Monitor, KYC, KIWIS, Risk Portal, Cortex, ACBS, Atlas, GCE, EAGLE, GALAXY, DREAMS, MARS;
· Manage residual/equity files;
· Prepare other reports and perform a variety of tasks as needed.
Salary Range: $100k-$120k
Requisite Skills
Portfolio encompasses stressed and distressed situations derived from all geographies & product lines of the Bank, which requires a wide range of skills including:
- analytical skills (credit analysis)
- oral and written presentation skills in English, with French, Spanish or Portuguese a plus; and
- interpersonal skills
