Fund Solutions Group for North America (FSG NA) is dedicated to providing Asset Managers and Financial Sponsors with integrated and tailored financing solutions, covering all funds financing needs including, but not limited to: sublines, equity bridges, Hybrid / NAV, bridge to bridge facilities, management company facilities.
FSG NA is seeking a recent university graduate that has relevant education and financial industry experience. The team provides a full array of financing solutions for sponsors and asset manager clients, as well as for selected limited partners. The team originates, structures and executes a wide range of products, in various investments sectors (or assets classes).
This person will provide support to both junior and senior bankers, by portfolio management (ongoing daily tasks including internal reporting, note taking, tracking of emails, etc.), assisting in financial and credit analysis, including the review and analysis of fund documents, conducting market research, and providing general support across various projects and working streams.
The role offers an opportunity to become an integral part of Credit Agricole’s CLF FSG franchise and assist in all aspects of deal execution. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong work ethic and initiative, open-mindedness and a knack to learn, excellent analytical and communication skills, superior organizational ability, and the capacity to work under pressure with tight timelines.
An understanding of banking and capital markets is a necessity. The position offers exposure across various groups/platforms across the bank and the opportunity to participate in interesting and innovative financing solutions along the private capital structure, executed from beginning to end.

Job Overview:
Assist FSG NA team members and management in the day-to-day tasks and responsibilities of the department, with a focus on origination, structure and execution and portfolio management.
Responsibilities:
- Portfolio monitoring includes the following but not limited to:
- Keep ongoing pipeline tracking of all current live deals and upcoming deals (including work streams, next steps)
- Management of various reports and spreadsheets with internal tracking items (profitability and risk metrics) on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Maintenance of internal databases as well as all the monitoring and reporting tools of the entire portfolio of transactions
- Assist in the preparation of Internal reporting requirements to both local and head office teams as well as senior management
- Deal lifecycle tasks include the following but not limited to:
- Assist in preparation of client/external/internal presentation materials including pitch books, lender’s presentation materials, term sheets
- Prepare financial analysis on funds and funds vehicles
- Assist in the preparation of transaction memorandums, credit analysis and credit requests
Craft clear and succinct written analysis of fund performance, industry market trends and related commentary - Review of legal documentation and preparation of closing memos
- Work with other team members, credit, legal, relationship managers, operations and senior management to ensure the timely and accurate information gathering & analysis
Education Essential:
Recent or soon to be college graduate in Business/Economics/Finance or related field with excellent educational record
Skills & Knowledge Preferred:
- Strong communication, interpersonal and collaborative teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure with different priorities and tight project deadlines
- Team orientation, strong attitude, motivation and continued eagerness
- Reliability, attention to detail and quality outputs, ability to work against deadlines in a demanding environment are of the utmost importance
- Expert proficiency and strong computer skills in the use of all Microsoft suite products (including but not limited to. Excel (including data formatting, data analysis, tables and charts, data validation, advanced formulas and function creation, macro creation), PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) as these tools will be utilized on a daily basis
- Proficiency in use of Bloomberg
- Advanced financial analysis capabilities
- Strong familiarity with accounting, banking and capital markets concepts
