The role

Based in Taipei, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), you are involved on a wide range of assignments in local organization, business continuity, IT security, banking core system information…

You will implement, manage and deliver projects, drive improvement and change management, working with cross-functional teams and aligning deliverables with business strategy. You'll be a trusted partner to local teams in Taiwan and a vital link to our Reginal teams in Hong Kong and Head Office in Paris.

 

Key responsibilities

·       Support the COO in the conduct of projects for the Branch (Head Office and transversal projects, regulatory projects, projects related to business needs, local systems enhancements, digital transformation, process automation, new ways of working, …)

·       Coordinate User Acceptance testing (UAT) between local, regional, head office and IT teams and follow up the actions and/or issues and deliverables to ensure the smooth implementation of projects

·       Document and streamline workflows and procedures to optimize effective use of resources and enforce work standards and controls

·       Propose new initiatives, drive and implement the change management actions (new process definition, gap analysis formalization, post-implementation follow-up, trainings, operational risk monitoring…)

·       Support and manage the evolution of the ISIS information system release and associated modules and UATs; act as ISIS coordinator and single point of contact for all projects or analysis related to ISIS in the Branch; support the Branch department and liaise with HO, platforms and GIT parties to ensure the stability of Production

·       Supervise the Business Continuity topics (governance, crisis management organization, user recovery solutions and local IT recovery plan, tests and actions plans, documentation, etc…)

·       Supervise Information System Security topics (risk assessment, controls, respect of ISS policies, awareness sessions and trainings, etc…)

·       Coordinate for the local outsourcing related topics (validation of new outsourcing case, regular monitoring of the services…etc)

Minimal education level

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business management,

Level of minimal experience

3-5 years

Experience

 

 you have gained 3-5 years of experience in the field of CIB or in project management.

 

Required skills

You have a good knowledge of the stakes and the value chain of the CIB businesses.

Interacting appropriately in a non-hierarchical framework with a variety of stakeholders including IT, operations, business or senior management is part of your skills.

You like to solve problems, deliver value and implement solutions

You know how to adapt quickly to new complex environments while being proactive

You are comfortable operating with a strong level of autonomy and/or under pressure

You are recognized for your analytical and synthesis skills and your ability to produce high quality and timely deliverables

You have a collaborative mindset and the ability to work in both international and local contexts

Finally, you are fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
