Job summary

GENERAL PURPOSE OF FUNCTION:

The main responsibilities are:

To prepare accurate and timely Management information and Reporting
To control and monitor Glory / Offshore Products Reconciliation
To process the transactions of Structured derivatives /Future/ Offshore Products
To check and validate the daily SATIS report and IRD payments
To Back up the processing of IRS/CCS/FRA/FLOOR/SWAPTION/FX OPTION.
Strictly follow government regulations and the bank’s internal rules and procedures.

 

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Derivatives transactions(TW-OPC-CMO-IRD) process
  • Reconciliation Monitoring
  • Others

Requirement

15-20 years working experience in Banking CMO/BO related functions.
Good knowledge and experience on Derivatives products and local regulations in respect of booking and reporting.
Experienced in making TDCC reporting for Offshore Structured Product is preferred.
Ability to participate in global initiatives, system migrations, process transformation projects and coordinate stakeholders across different locations.
License for Senior Securities Specialist.
Accuracy and efficiency, fast learning ability, able to handle, complete work when heavy/peak trade volume.
Capable of independent thinking, problem-solving and managing multiple tasks under tight timeline.
Proficient in MS Office ( e.g. Excel, Word) and good command in written and spoken English.
