The Role

You will support the execution of large and complex project finance transactions across the EMEA region, working under the guidance of experienced deal team leaders. The team operates across a wide range of infrastructure sub-sectors, including transportation, social infrastructure, environment, regulated utilities, and emerging areas such as low carbon mobility and energy from waste.

  • Assisting senior directors with origination and marketing activities, including sector research and the preparation of client-facing materials
  • Contributing to the drafting of credit applications and information memoranda, and supporting the syndication process
  • Maintaining accurate records across internal systems and assisting with client budget reporting
  • Collaborating with colleagues across business lines including DCM, Sustainable Banking and other cross-functional teams
  • Providing ad hoc support on portfolio management activities such as waivers and annual reviews

What We're Looking For
