Job summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee to support the FI Sales team within our Global Markets Division.
In this role, you will assist in managing client relationships, executing market transactions and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient deal execution for institutional clients. (insurance, banks, asset managers, pension services and local securities firms)
1. Market & Business Support
- Provide prompt update of market situation to clients and support to daily flow business opportunities
- Assist in maintaining and developing relationships with existing and potential clients
- Execute transactions under the supervision of senior staff
- Carry out operations to support the Financial Institution sales team
2. Reporting & Coordination
- Provide regular updates to the Head of FI Sales on business progress and ongoing deals
- Participate in ad-hoc meetings to review market strategies and updates
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders : credit, legal, compliance, back-office
3. Risk & Control
- Ensure all clients are properly classified and approved before trading
- Monitor trade activity and counterparty risk to protect the Bank’s interests
- Adhere to internal compliance procedures

Academic qualification / Speciality
• Degree preferably in Finance, Economics or any related field

Experience
• Solid understanding of financial markets and basic knowledge of derivatives product line
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in details, fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
• Less than 1 year of professional experience (graduates preferred)
