Summary:
This position is on the Collateral Trading Desk.
As part of a global team, you will be supporting the Collateral Front office desk. The role is suitable for a motivated individual to be part of a growing mandate on XVA & Scarce resource management, and with a focus on developing new technologies to assist with the Management of the Derivatives activity. The role includes gaining a deep understanding of Liquidity and Collateral topics, improving the infrastructure of Collateral Framework as well as assisting with the ongoing improvement of XVA pricing methodologies.
Key Responsibilities are:
· Improve PnL explain on COLVA and MVA
· Review existing collateral invoicing methodology and suggest a new approach
· Implementation of new approach with a focus to remove dependencies on manual excel spreadsheets
· Understand and analyse the existing daily FX Swap process
· Suggest a new approach and implement it with objective to reduce operational risk
· Participating in the development of IT tools, spreadsheets
· Benefits from close proximity with XVA traders to learn about XVA pricing and hedging.

The eligibility criteria are as follows:
- be studying any undergraduate degree, in the penultimate year, that allows you to do a placement year
- be available for full 12 months
- be available to start on 22 June 2026
