Responsible for the confirmation processing of capital markets transactions including FXMM,
FXNDF, FX Options, IRS/CIRS, Swaption, Caps and Floors, Structured Products covering
Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Tokyo and other satellites in HK processing hub to ensure
the daily operational activities of capital markets products are performed smoothly and
efficiently.
Ensure confirmations are issued in compliance with local regulations and the internal policy.
Review operation process and application systems and recommend on enhancements to
ensure the effectiveness in transaction processing and settlement.
Identify and resolve workflow issues and problems.
Establish and update the procedures.
Engages in direct customer contact to ensure quality and timely services in transactions processing
and inquiries are provided
Assist Head of Confirmation to carry out common projects / global initiatives
Handle daily reporting for internal control.
Assist in system enhancement and responsible for UAT testing
Assist team head to carry out common projects / global initiatives

Provide management with information on unusual booking and settlement matters.
Initiate client contact on trade confirmation or settlement matters and handle enquiry where
necessary.
Maintain a high level of client service internally and externally and help actively manage the Clientprovider
relationship
Ensure risks and issues identified are resolved in an appropriate and timely manner.
Keep operational losses at the lowest level
Degree holder from discipline in Finance or Economics preferred
Minimum 6-8 years of experience in a Capital Market Back-Office
Thorough knowledge of Back-office organization and processes on FX and MM activities
Strong communication skills
Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skill
Strong decision making and problem solving skills
Good judgment, alertness and common sense
Hard-working, comfortable with multi-tasking and able to work under pressure
Proficient in English and Mandarin – another language is a plus
Perfectly at ease in a multi-cultural environment
Willing to work overtime, public holidays and flexible hours
Versatile with PC tools and applications, e.g. MS Office, VBA. Alteryx , Excel Macros
In-depth knowledge and experience in FXMM settlement
Strong hands-on knowledge in SWIFT, RTGS and related
operations
Sound understanding of operational and settlement risk
Good planning and organizing
