Summary
Support PCG Asia senior bankers in marketing and internal co-ordination activities. Potential coverage of selected PAM accounts
- Assist and support the Head of Private Capital Group (“PCG”) Asia and other PCG Asia senior bankers to fulfil their duties in achieving the group / team target. Closely work with PCG global teams on transactions, problem solving, knowledge sharing and client coverage. Work with PCG Asia junior(s) on day to day tasks.
- Close coordination with APAC regional management, SCOs, local coverage bankers, sectors teams, product teams, support teams (RPC, Compliance etc.) and contributing to internal budgeting, KYC monitoring, coverage support memos, client meeting organization & tracking, ClientLive management and credit exposure monitoring. Where relevant, delegating this to more junior team members under close supervision.
- Subject to the successful candidate, selective account coverage could be envisaged or progressively accommodated. The approach is to develop maturity and focus on internal support at first.
Key Responsibilities
Assist and support PCG Asia coverage bankers in:
- The successful implementation of our overall objectives with financial sponsors, including contribution to planning of coverage activity
- In regular dialogue with APAC country coverage teams and various product teams in planning, tracking transactions and portfolios in relevant countries
- In close contact with country coverage teams and product teams in organizing, tracking and reporting sponsor client meetings across the region
- Coordinate coverage support memos in preparation of BOMs and Credit Applications
- Identify and track sponsors M&A opportunities, contribute to sell-side/buy-side pitches to support disposals and acquisitions of financial sponsors
- Identify and track cross-selling opportunities outside of financing activities within PCG clients and the portfolios
- Contribution to external and internal presentations and pitches to support the development of the coverage and transaction origination effort
- Credit coordination and monitoring of exposure (direct and indirect), coordination with CLF, ERA, GMD, ITB and Legal for FX/swap lines; regular monitoring and reporting to Management and RPC; monitoring of KYC
- Supervision of Client Live input (meetings, client contacts, etc.) and outputs (NBI, PI, RWA, Liquidity, etc.)
- Assist in budgeting, planning and reporting on client budgets and profitability in various internal systems
- Assist in meeting organization and briefing memo for senior management and visitors

Tertiary degree with strong academic results
