Job summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Control Tower Team Lead to oversee our IT incident and change management processes for the Americas region. This role combines deep technical knowledge of ITIL processes with strong leadership skills to ensure the efficiency, reliability, and continuous improvement of our IT services. The IT Control Tower Team Lead will drive operational excellence, lead incident and change management, mentor team members, and collaborate with IT teams to align our processes with organizational goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·       Lead the Control Tower team for the Americas region

·       Manage IT Production Incidents

·       Prepare Postmortems

·       Serve as change control manager

·       Oversee problem management processes

·       Work with ITIL processes

·       Implement and maintain IT control processes along with process improvement

·       Manage and develop a team of IT professionals

·       Collaborate with regional and global IT teams and stakeholders

·       Create and deliver reports, KPIs, and presentations

·       Foster collaboration across teams and departments

Candidate criteria

Minimal education level

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Level of minimal experience

6-10 years

Experience

·       Experience in incident management, change management, and problem management

 ·       Experience with change advisory boards (CABs) and change implementation

·       Experience with IT service management tools, knowledge of ServiceNow a plus

Required skills

·       Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and processes

·       Proven track record in implementing and improving ITIL processes

·       Demonstrated skills in root cause analysis and problem resolution

·       Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment

·       Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff

·       Proficiency in creating reports and delivering presentations

·       Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills

·      Verbal and written communication skills in English and French required (You will need to service Anglophone clients and work with Anglophone colleagues)
