Job summary
Main responsibilities
Local Entitlements Correspondent (LEC) for ISAP
• Ensure user onboarding and offboarding in webcose complies with the mandated ISS process and rules.
• Implement the guidelines for GRANT workflow configuration for all ISAP managed applications.
• Provide timely assistance to ISAP staff for any GRANT related queries (workflow, request submission, tracking).
• Manage and maintain application configuration in GRANT, including profile management for workflow actors under ISAP scope.
• Monitor and process GRANT requests based on assigned role.
• Manage and maintain user profile creation, modification and revocation in COSE.
• Manage user mobility process in COSE.
• Creation of GRANT request for visitor access card.
User profile and access management
• Observe the timelines and ensure onboarding is completed in a timely manner to avoid delays.
• Creation of basic ISAP access rights requests for onboarding, including equipment requests.
• Ensure implementation of access blocking for leavers (external email, internet).
• Manage staff access review for internal and external mobility.
• Comply with the process of user access rights management from the entitlement request step to the revocation of the rights (non-transferability, no duplication).
• Work closely with COO/SMC and ISAP PMOs for onboarding and offboarding processes.
Procedures and documentations management
• Facilitate the annual review of transversal procedures.
• Provide assistance for transversal work instruction processes (creation, review, obsolescence).
• Manage and maintain ISAP Library.
Secondary duties:
• Acts as a backup in conducting the BCP, Compliance & IS Security Awareness orientation sessions for new joiners.
• Provide assistance to the team during internal and external audit coordination.
• Provide support for ITS application reporting.
