Job summary


1. Strategy and Business Planning
- Assist in updating market situation to clients and support daily flow business opportunities
- Engage with existing customers of the bank
- Assist in executing deals
- Be aware of economic and financial data likely to affect the products being marketed
- Carry out operations to support the FI sales team


2. Management and Reporting
- Report to the FI-Sales team head on the progress of work
- Attend meetings with Sales team to review market strategy, exchange ideas and receive updates on any important administrative matters


3. Control
- Assist in classifying and dealing with clients
- Ensure clients are cleared by credit, legal, compliance and back office before trading


4. Risk
- Adhere to understand risks to the bank and the client resulting from marketing initiatives or successful conclusion of transactions


5. Communication
- Contact clients through phone, messenger and visits

Candidate criteria

Minimal education level

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or other related major

Level of minimal experience

0-2 years

Required skills

- Knowledge in various derivative (option, swap)
- Team worker
- Sense of urgency, accuracy, ability to multi-task
- Fluent in both English and Korean
