Job summary

**This position will be under the Employee Referral Program in Hong Kong.

 

Summary

 

Perform secretarial duties to Head of RPC Asia and Senior managers within RPC

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentation paper and proof read materials for errors
  • Schedule and co-ordinate meeting and facilities that will include travel and hotel arrangements
  • Receive phone calls, route callers, take messages and provide routine information to APAC & HO staff or clients
  • Process and maintain confidential information
  • Collect and disseminate information to relevant parties
  • Assist in organizing regional meetings/ workshops / ad-hoc events
  • Circulate Credit committee decisions & logistics

Minimal education level

High school / Secondary school / A levels / AS levels / IB

Academic qualification / Speciality

  • High School/ A Levels/ AS Levels/ or above with Diploma in Secretarial Studies or related disciplines

Level of minimal experience

6-10 years

Experience

  • 5-7+ years of Senior support experience, especially in serving the senior management, preferably in Finance industry

Required skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills & ability to interact comfortably with individuals at all levels
  • Excellent follow-up skills, planning and organization skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritization skills
  • Proactive self-starter, ability to work alone on occasion while still being a strong team player
  • Must possess strong attention to detail
  • Good pc skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Able to work under stress and willing to work overtime and with peers if required
  • Motivated

  • Adaptable

Languages

Excellent written and spoken English & Cantonese. Fluent in Mandarin & French would be advantageous.
