Job summary

Main Responsibility

Primary role is to support Front Office on Receivable and Supply Chain Financing, “RSF,” transactions booked in CA-CIB New York.  The Associate may also act as support to the Private Equity Fund Solutions product line. The candidate will be expected to contribute to agency, bilateral and participation transactions, as needed.


The candidate will be expected to coordinate funding and repayment, record transaction structures within bank systems, and troubleshoot issues.  This individual will serve as a coordinator between key transaction stakeholders, technology platforms, and third-party vendors.


Functional Tasks

·         Initiate and complete booking requests to create new credit authorizations within bank systems.  

·         Ensure KYC compliance for transaction counterparties.

·         Monitor e-mail traffic and third-party platforms presenting purchase offers for CA CIB New York.

·         Accept purchase requests via return e-mail or third-party platform protocol.

·         Summarize transactional purchase requests and forward documentation to operations for loan processing.

·         Assist operations team(s) on same-day and next-day reconciliation related to RSF transactions.

·         Monitor and report past due items to Front, Middle Office, and Credit Risk Management.

·         Work with Front Office to develop the structure and operating procedure(s) of new transactions.

·         Contribute on behalf of MO to ongoing automation projects.

·         Take on additional tasks from time to time as reasonably requested by management.



2+ years of experience in Corporate and/or Investment Banking.



BA or BS in Finance, Business, or related field.


Other Skills

Strong verbal and writing skills for effective and concise communication.

Self-motivated individual with problem solving abilities.

Time management.

Experience using PrimeRevenue, LiquidX, GSCF or other receivable and supply chain platforms is strongly preferred.

Expertise in managing DebtDomain and SyndTrak deal platforms is a plus

Knowledge of corporate credit risk, trade finance, or corporate banking is encouraged.
