Job summary
Distribution & Asset Rotation (DAR) is responsible for structuring and arranging syndicated loans as well as Medium and Long-Term bilateral facilities across a broad range of asset classes, including corporate, LBO, data center, aviation, shipping, real estate, and project finance.
DAR also oversees the underwriting and distribution of loans on both primary and secondary markets, covering syndicated loans originated by Corporate and Leveraged Finance (CLF), Energy & Real Assets (ERA), and International Trade & Transaction Banking (ITB).
In addition, DAR works in close collaboration with CLF, providing dedicated support to its business activities.
DAR closely works with CLF and support CLF businesses.
Supplementary Information
- Drive successful distribution outcomes across all transactions, from origination through to execution.
- Lead primary and secondary syndication activities — encompassing structuring, documentation, distribution, and execution — to optimize revenue generation and mitigate risk.
- Actively pursue and achieve secondary loan distribution targets.
- Meet budgetary objectives (NBI and Skim fees) across all markets under coverage.
- Promote and encourage cross-selling opportunities across the bank's product suite.
- Ensure full compliance with ethical standards, regulatory requirements, and internal procedures at all times.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with coverages and product teams across markets under coverage.
- Uphold and strengthen the bank's profile and reputation in local markets.
- Maintain close and regular contact with key borrowers and sponsors under coverage.
- Reinforce the bank's positioning as the "first call" institution for syndication among key clients.
- Cultivate and sustain strong connections with investors, borrowers, and key market participants.
- Foster a collaborative team spirit and maintain effective working relationships with Global Financing Division colleagues across the region.
- Support senior team members while actively contributing to the expansion of the team's investor base.
- Pursue ESG-linked financing opportunities.
