Summary
The successful candidate will assist the Head of Real Estate Asia ex. Japan and other team members in real estate financing opportunities via working on transaction ground work, preparing credit applications, performing portfolio reviews, and drafting marketing materials, etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct financial analysis/ modelling and other ground work (such as KYC, etc.) to facilitate pitching, assessment and execution of transaction mandates
- Perform industry research, draft marketing materials, and prepare financing proposals to prospective clients
- Work on credit applications, annual reviews, and portfolio reviews, etc.
- Work closely with team members on various tasks in relation to business origination
- Contribute to team reporting for both internal and external purposes
