Summary:

In a challenging and multicultural environment, we seek a Business Analyst (proxy Product Owner / Project Manager) to join our Core Banking IT department which is in charge of developing and maintaining the Front Office Digital Channel Solutions for CACIB. The Website and Mobile App are offered to corporate clients around the world. We provide a comprehensive digital solution that includes some of the most diverse business-groups. Our solution helps our clients access complete reporting of all their accounts, treasury and trade finance operations and allows them to process payments across markets literally in a click or a touch!

The candidate will work to implement new digital solutions for the bank, working in a team with Developers/Engineers, Project Manager, Technical Leads and co-Business Analysts

Main responsibilities:

The position requires autonomy and reliability in performing duties while maintaining close communication with the rest of project/support teams as well as the ability to work on multiple projects concurrently. The candidate will need to develop a good understanding of both IT systems and business processes.

 

Main duties details:

As a Business Analyst (Proxy Product Owner / Project Manager)
· Propose solutions for the new requirements (and be the squad leader)
· Prepare and summarize WBS with macro/detailed estimates (facilitate grooming sessions)
· Prepare functional specifications, epic/user stories, acceptance criteria and mock-ups
· Keep up-to date the existing documentation (presentation of the tool, use guide etc.)
· Represent the team to various stakeholders and sponsors to define/refine business priorities
· Orchestrate Sprint Planning/Closure, Retro and monitor team velocity
· Manage communications with users and sponsors
· Manage functional risks and escalate with defined actions
· Communicate with support team for Production support
· Provide and monitor 3rd Level application support under the team scope

As a Functional Tester
· Prepare functional test cases and manage BA’s tests to validate the development of the solution
· Handle the core banking system’s and payment system’s various test phases: regression tests, integration tests, functional tests, test automation
· Good Knowledge and working experience of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Defect Life Cycle.
· Define functional test scenarios for core banking and payment systems (GPP-SP)
· Working with SIT & UAT Testing Team, reviewing, testing scenarios, test cases and helping developers and testers in clearing their doubts about the requirements etc. 
· Recording defects utilizing defect tracking tool with priority and severity and alert the management
· Manage planning, communicate with stakeholders
· Prepare regular reports on test results
