Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of large Canadian international leaders in their industry and a portfolio of Canadian subsidiaries of International clients;
- Be trusted partners of CEO/CFO, managing high level strategic relationship and multiple relevant contact points within the client’s organization;
- Clients and prospects mostly based mostly in Quebec;
- Objective to double the number of clients and the business done worldwide with these names;
- Full responsibility for business development, profitability and risk management of the portfolio;
- Bringing strategic client knowledge and value to all product lines, based out of New York and worldwide;
- Bringing value to clients from our world leading teams in Sustainable Finance, Assets Financing and Debt Capital Markets and from our complete set of CIB products from M&A, Capital Structure Advisory, Equity Capital Market, Structured Solution, Acquisition Finance/LBO, Loan Syndication, Trade & Export Finance, Commercial Banking;
- Promote our world leading sectorial expertise in Renewable Project Finance, Infrastructure, Transportation, Tech/Telecom, Food and others;
- Amination of our extensive International Network through client teams of local coverage and local product lines around the world to generate revenues and value to the clients;
- Extensive use of Credit Agricole sister companies, mostly in Europe such as Amundi the European leading Asset Manager, Custody, Insurance, Investment, Leasing & Factoring;
- Benefit from the direct support of Senior Country Officer in Canada and from CA-CIB Senior Management in New York and Paris;
- Benefit from the support of a small pool of local analysts and support functions based in New York;
- Align action with bank policies, compliance, financial security and risk mindset;
