Domain and context
The department is responsible for development and maintenance of Capital Market applications used by worldwide users.
“Run the bank” is the first mission of IT department. It involves many front line IT professionals who understand the nature of business operations, timing of activities & data flowing through internal and external systems. They are continuously working with business users, infrastructure engineer and system managers.
Role
The role will focus primarily on managing transversal services team across the division transversal GMD (Global Market Division) & Market Risk. Services are composed of
• Architecture operation team in charge of devops implementation and environment preparation
• Quality team in charge of regression testing framework and implementation
• Production support team in charge of level 1 and 2 support
The scope of the team is Counterparty Risk and Market Risk IT handling risk and P&L consolidation and regulatory reporting, P&L and VaR analysis application, portfolio internal model and risk charge and comprehensive risk calculation application. Market Risk platform is based on big data technology on cloudera, spark java, microservice, kubernetes, kafka, etc..
In line with this, you would be expected to be fully accountable and responsible of your team deliveries on schedule, in conformance to the bank’s policies and standards and within agreed levels of quality.
You will be ensuring success criteria are defined upfront to promote alignment and actively manage to expected project outcomes in line with the program outcomes.
As part of an integrated organization across 3 main sites (Paris, SQY, Singapore), you will forge close relationships with program director, others team leads, architecture functions and quality assurance teams. There will be a limited travel aspect to this role (approx. 25%).
A strong maturity in project management is required as you will be part of the project committee, reporting to the program director the progress highlights with key performance indicator, evaluating risk assessment and proposing mitigation, ensuring transparency throughout project lifecycle.

• Ensure operational efficiency of her teams in their activities
• Optimize the sourcing composition (role, skills, seniority) to perform/deliver the activities under her responsibilities
AOP Strategy and solution
• Build strategy through the SDLC enhancing the global maturity level of development process
• Build strategy to ensure and control quality of development process
Run the bank
• Ensure the production stability of the applications under her scope
• Primary contact point for ITS and CAGIP for any matters related to infrastructure
• In charge of the budget related to his/her activities

o DEVOPS exposure (ansible, gitlab, artifactory, sonar, etc…)
o Quality framework technology stack (cypress, cucumber, Jmeter,etc…)
o Big data technology stack including fast processing technology like java spark
Capital Market and Market Risk domain:
o Regulatory knowledge (including SIMM, FRTB, CVA, MIFID,…)
o Capital Market knowledge – front office, middle office, back office… trade life cycle
o Financial products (Treasury, FX, Credit, IRD,…)
o Market Risk knowledge (Pnl explanation, VaR and Stress VaR analysis, product control)
