Main responsibilities

Under the functional links to GIT/BLI/RCI and ISAP GIT/BLI/RFI Department hierarchical links, directs, coordinates and manages a team under ISAP GIT/BLI/RFI/RCS team in charge of support L1/L2, ensures that all the projects, activities and tasks under the team’s responsibility are performed within quality standards, on schedule and cost-effectively.

Provide Team Leadership

·         Create an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort

·         Motivate and inspire team members by setting a good example (role model) behavior consistent with words

·         Help develop team members; help resolve dysfunctional behavior

·         Strive for team consensus and win-win situation

·         Ensure discussions and decisions lead toward conclusion

·         Maintain healthy group dynamics

·         Ensure that the team members are equipped and trained effectively to participate in the team

·         Encourage creativity, risk-taking, and constant improvement

Focus the Team on Customer Requirements

·         Build Roadmap Short-term, Long-term of his activity

·         Build KPI to monitor the performance of its activity

·         Coordinate with internal and external customers as necessary

·         Initiate sub-groups or sub-teams as appropriate to resolve issues and perform tasks in parallel

Coordinate Team Logistics

·         Ensure deliverables are prepared in line with the requirements

·         Help keep the team focused and on track

·         Work with IT Managers to obtain necessary resources to support the team's requirements

·         Establish meeting times, places and agendas

Communicate team status, task accomplishment, and direction

·         Analyze status reporting of team activities against the program plan or schedule

·         Keep the Head of department and section informed of task accomplishment, issues and status

·         Serve as a focal point to communicate and resolve interface and integration issues with other teams and business partners

·         Escalate issues which cannot be resolved within the team

·         Provide guidance to the team based on management direction

Business - Delivery management

·         Reach agreement on plans for projects and services provided by the team

·         Ensure the projects, activities and tasks under the team’s responsibility are performed within quality standards, on schedule and cost-effectively

·         Manage budget and capacity allocation according to priorities communicated by functional manager

·          Ensure each solution developed by the team fulfills the client needs

Lean Management - Practices


·         Ensure an effective performance dialogue and meeting cascade are in place, facilitating team performance improvement and the escalation of problems

Minimal education level

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

-Master or Bachelor's degree in relevant specialities

- Strong organizational and communication skills in multi-cultural environment
