Main responsibilities
Provide Team Leadership

Focus the Team on Customer Requirements
- Build Roadmap Short-term, Long-term of his activity
- Coordinate with internal and external customers as necessary

Coordinate Team Logistics
- Ensure deliverables are prepared in line with the requirements
- Help keep the team focused and on track
- Work with IT Managers and Head of Sections and Departments to obtain necessary resources to support the team's requirements
- Establish meeting times, places and agendas
Communicate team status, task accomplishment, and direction
- Analyze status reporting of team activities against the program plan or schedule
- Keep the Head of department and section informed of task accomplishment, issues and status
- Serve as a focal point to communicate and resolve interface and integration issues with other teams and business partners
- Escalate issues which cannot be resolved within the team
- Provide guidance to the team based on management direction
Business - Delivery management
- Reach agreement on plans for projects and services provided by the team
- Ensure the projects, activities and tasks under the team’s responsibility are performed within quality standards, on schedule and cost-effectively
- Manage budget and capacity allocation according to priorities communicated by functional manager
- Ensure each solution developed by the team fulfills the client needs
Lean Management - Practices
- Ensure an effective performance dialogue and meeting cascade are in place, facilitating team performance improvement and the escalation of problems
- Ensure the capacity of the team is actively managed in order to meet defined priorities and sustain Continuous Improvement
- Ensure problems affecting the team’s effectiveness are proactively addressed and their resolution followed-up
- Ensure the team's identified improvement actions are regularly implemented and followed according to the defined governance
- Ensure the formalization and correct application of standard processes and best practices known to the team, aiming at operational efficiency and cover of operational risks
- Ensure personal development objectives are defined in alignment
Having at least 5-8 years of Software Development management in banking industry& ITIL.
Bachelor’s degree & above in n relevant specialties
