About the Role
As a PA for the UK Energy & Infrastructure Group you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of their day-to-day activities. This is a highly visible position requiring discretion, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence.
What You’ll Do:
- Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Global Head of Infrastructure.
- Diary & Travel Management: Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and complex travel arrangements.
- Expense & Approval Oversight: Manage expense reports, invoices, and approval workflows across multiple teams.
- HR & Team Coordination: Assist with recruitment, appraisals, onboarding, and mentoring of team assistants.
- Process Improvement: Review and enhance administrative processes to drive efficiency.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a key point of contact for internal teams and external clients.
