In Asia-Pacific, Crédit Agricole CIB has a local presence in nine markets: Australia, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Indonesia and India. Leveraging this regional set-up and its global network, the Bank offers a comprehensive range of financial solutions and services supporting its clients thanks to its ESG and sectorial experts and all its business lines: Global Markets Division, Coverage and Investment banking, Energy and Real Asset financing, Corporate and Leverage Finance and International Trade & Transaction Banking.
The Corporate Planning & Chief of Staff team is part of the Asia-Pacific (APAC) Regional Management, assisting the Senior Regional Officer in various tasks and responsibilities: measuring performance of the APAC markets, contributing to development projects and strategy definition across the region, working on regional organization improvements, supporting the regional governance, etc. The team is working alongside SCOs, Coverage and Business Lines, with regular contacts with Head Office.
We are looking for a highly motivated person to join our team as a junior business manager, assisting the Chief of Staff to the Asia-Pacific Senior Regional Officer. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is interested in a career in finance/banking and is eager to learn and grow in a dynamic and fast-paced international environment.
Your concrete missions will be the following:
- Follow-up on client revenues and profitability for Asia-Pacific,
- Screening of Asian Units performance and prepare ad-hoc analysis,
- Provide support in the preparation of materials for senior management presentations (Asia-Pacific strategy, performance, pitches, etc.) and other high-level events
- Internal marketing for APAC deals and business achievements: internal newsletters, town halls, etc.
- Assist in the management of strategic projects and growth initiatives, including research and analysis, report preparation, and presentation of main highlights, coordination of stakeholders and project progress follow-up
- Support and facilitate Asia-Pacific governance: prepare and attend Committees/ meetings. follow-up on action items
- Supporting work on other Corporate Planning and Chief of Staff related matters: market research, mapping of competition, client information, etc.
To be eligible for a VIE:
- Be less than 28 years old
- Be postgraduate of a Master degree
- Be EU citizen
