Job summary

Summary of Position

Inside the strategic program of the bank for Cash Management, aiming at redefining the cash management offer worldwide with a brand new service offer and associated new technologies, Head of Team FACT is managing a team in charge of the integration of 2 crucial components - the payment engine and the billing system - inside Credit Agricole CIB information system. In order to do so, Head of Team FACT have to integrate with other project teams under the management of the program direction in order to deliver a global solution for the bank.

Organize and supervise all activities of FACT team

- Report functionally to manager of GIT/BLI/CBI/MICA
- Ensure smooth completion of projects under management and in particular those related to the integration of a new Payment Engine and Billing system
- Reach agreements on plans for projects and services provided by the team and ensure deliveries within quality standards, on schedule and in agreed budget
- Manage budget and capacity allocation according to priorities communicated by functional manager
- Adopt Agile principles tailored for large scale projects and distributed setup when applicable

Design, Develop and maintain applications under responsibility of FACT team

- Ensure right involvement of Experts and SMEs inside and outside the team in order to develop optimal solutions for the program and the bank ultimately.
- Ensure a swift follow-up of risks in the project in order to ensure pro-active and efficient managements of them. 

Ensure optimal quality of Vendor solutions deliveries

- Design, plan and drive deliveries of software vendor according to identified CACIB needs.
- Escalate problems with program management and procurement in order to ensure a swift resolution. 

Comply to Cash Management program roadmap, ways of working and technology offer

- Ensure proactively a good synchronization with other program teams in order to ensure a frequent and regular integration of all components.
- Seek and share information to ensure optimal sharing of processes, practices and tooling across the program.

Manage and improve team capabilities

- Ensure cohesion and commitment of the team on its missions
- Evaluate staff members’ skill/knowledge and recommend training plan, organize staff mobility and staff career development
- Make sure his/her team members observe and respect the Bank’s CA-CIB code of conduct and comply with Bank policies.
