Location: Shanghai

Main responsibilities:

Front office position, as business support to a Multinational Corporate Client coverage banker, based in Shanghai:
1, Assisting in marketing activities (pitches / material / reports);
2, Assisting in Know Your Customer diligence and bank account life-cycle maintenance;
3, Prepare internal credit application (risk / business analysis of client);
4, Interacting with relevant stakeholder for assisting in the transaction operation, such as gathering supporting documents, approvals etc;

Role content:


1, Transaction environment preparation:
Support MNC banker to write and arrange documents like front-office credit request – including analysis of client risk / business profile, meeting memos or presentations, and other daily work depending on specific needs;
2, Portfolio commercial actions:
-Arrange client meetings, prepare call reports & various client information analysis;
-Assisting Head of MNC on various topics;
-Record and analyze client-related data into the Bank’s systems;
-Coordinate with other departments of selected specific needs;
3, Operation in an international bank environment:
-Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal compliance requirements and take reasonable steps and actions to contribute to the prevention of fraud and AML control;
-Maintain appropriate knowledge to ensure to be fully qualified to undertake the role. Complete all mandatory trainings as required to attain and maintain competence

1. Bachelor degree or above, with major as Finance related, Fresh graduate or within 1 year working experience.
2. The personality of skilled for communication.
3. Good command of English.
4. Detail oriented with good team-working spirit.
5. Skilled in MS office, including Excel, PPT and Word.
6. Capacity to cooperate and ability to work across disciplines.
