Summary
Department: Corporate & Leveraged Finance
The position will assist in the origination and execution of transactions in the AFA & LTFG transactions in APAC and eligible candidates should be available to start the position from May to August 2025.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist senior team members in the origination of new business for both Leveraged, TMT & Acquisition Finance and Rating & Capital Structure Advisory in CLF
• Support deal execution throughout the Asia-Pacific region as assigned by seniors
• Perform financial and credit analysis, research and modelling in the execution of mandates
• Prepare marketing, proposals or presentations to prospective clients
• Draft credit applications and annual reviews incl. rating, PI analysis, KYC etc. as required
• Provide general assistance to the team in all commercial, execution, marketing and reporting / budgeting functions
