Job summary

Summary

  • Support senior Syndicate to originate, price, structure, distribute, and execute finance transactions in the Project Finance Americas loan market (primarily Latin America); support other ERA Syndicate sectors as needed;

  • Produce loan offers, pitches, and term sheets with metier;

  • Prepare capital structure assessments, which include comparable transactions and analysis of market data;

  • Prepare pitch books and market updates for clients, Information Memoranda, Teasers and other marketing materials for lead transactions and presentations for bank meetings /road shows, as needed;

  • Prepare syndication strategies, underwriting opinions, and market reads/commentaries;

  • Assist with Q&A during sell down/due diligence process;

  • Develop and maintain relationships with investors active in Project Finance, including international and domestic banks and non-banks/institutional investors;

  • Provide full support to the Sales/Secondary Sales and Trading (“SLT”) team in the selling of assignments and participations in syndicated transactions in the primary and secondary markets;

  • Work closely with Energy & Infrastructure Group (“EIG”) Americas team (primarily Latin America), as well as DAR SLT and Asset Rotation (“ARO”) teams to manage and execute secondary and asset rotation;

  • Work closely with the CRI desk to secure appetite and execute CRI agreements;

  • Negotiate and review credit agreements and provide relevant comments from a syndication perspective;

  • Execute all distribution closing procedures, including but not limited to, updating internal systems (Diamond and Global Underwriting tracker), preparing DAR Closing Memos, reviewing CLF Corporate and AFA Fee Memos, and submitting League Table credits to third-party providers;

  • Assist in investor due diligence Q&A, as well as Credit and Underwriting Committees to secure internal approvals;

  • Prepare Call Reports following investor meetings/calls for entry on Debt Domain and Client Live; and

  • Other tasks and responsibilities (flexibility to step in/help with other ERA Syndicate sectors as requested).



 

Salary: $125,000 - 140,000
