Missions
Managing and processing trade commodities transactions for an assigned portfolio of TCF customers including reviewing documents against terms and conditions of LC and liaising with Relationship Manager/NERI and Clients
Main responsibilities:
Provide secure, quality & efficient support which includes:-
Manage Operational risks
Ensure that transactions are processed:
- within acceptable technical risks and in compliance with bank's rules and operation procedures
- in conformity with conditions of TF1/TUC (Ticket d'utilisation Credoc) or delegated authority
- timely and accurately in relevant BO systems with correct description of transactions and posting of accounting and P&L account;
- timely and accurately of all events in the life of the transactions, including documents examination as per ICC rules, tracing, payments, funding and resolution of suspense items
- Perform transaction due diligence to ensure that transactions do not involve parties/vessel which is subject to sanction
Provide good customer service
- Maintain same day processing
- Provide appropriate technical advice to customers
Business Continuity
- Provide back up for Team Head in her absence
- Work closely and cohesively with other team member
