Summary
Join the risk department at a leading financial institution in London, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing automated tools, operational risk reporting and central ORM databases. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and upgrade various dashboards and reporting tools to produce qualitative data for pertinent analysis.
- Maintain existing tools in Python
- Coordinate development requirements between the team and IT teams in Singapore and Paris Head-Office
- Ensure effectiveness and consistency of the control plans
- Able to identify weaknesses in the Bank processes and to analyse incidents and losses
- Perform back-testing and continuous improvement of systems and processes.
- Produce and maintain operational procedures

Higher Education (Degree, Master or equivalent) in computer science, maths or engineering
Software development lifecycle.
A strong experience in web application development (React) is mandatory.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, displaying accuracy and attention to detail.
Good interpersonal skills – ability to build good working relationships.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver to a schedule.
Ability to innovate and create good working solutions.
Very good knowledge of:
- DevOps practices (for release in production)
- Good knowledge of Python
- SQL
- Data science tool (DATAIKU)
- Windows systems administration
