• Preparing external and internal reporting
• Preparing/filing General Expense at branch level and communication with SHG Admin through CONCUR;
• Verifying vendor’s VAT invoices on XM Taxation online platform and completing related reports;
• Responsible for client statement and Debit/Credit advice sending via E-mail/Courier, quarterly reconciliation feedback follow up with clients and summarization scanned receipts with duly signature verification to SHG MO;
• Responsible for monitoring Maintenance Contract Dashboard to make sure every office equipment in good order (i.e. CCTV monitors/Access alarm system/Call back recording phone, etc.);
• DDA maintenance and daily common data refreshing shared from SHG HQ;
• Make sure assigned regulatory reports being accurate and delivered timely; and make sure the data quality being maintained in high level;
• IT coordinator to handle BCP,etc. with closely communication with SHG IT;
• Be liaison with the colleagues at CA-CIB different level for the internal operations
• Perform other assignments requested by the bank.

- Bachelor degree and above, with major in Finance related;

- 5 years and above of related working experience in banking industry;

- Strong learning agility and communication skill;

- Diligence, self-motivation and teamwork spirit;

- Skillful in Microsoft Office application, such as Excel, PPT etc.
