Job summary
- The VRM is charged with overseeing the activities associated with the Third Party Risk Management (“TPRM”) Framework. Accordingly, the candidate is responsible for the on boarding of new vendors, the performance of different risk assessments as part of the due diligence process, and the ongoing monitoring and periodic reviews of existing vendors. The role also requires the preparation all information and presentations required for GSP. Finally, the VRM works closely with the head of GSP and other stakeholder to make the TPRM framework evolve as needed.
- He/she is a member of the Global Sourcing and Procurement team (GSP) in the Americas.
Summary
- Credit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank’s Global Sourcing and Procurement team is in charge of managing Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Billing Functions, Corporate Travel, as well as the Third Party Risk Management (“TPRM”) framework.
- The candidate will be handling the whole vendor risk management program from end to end, including policy, procedures, system administration, user training, supplier contact, MIS reporting and presentations on the TPRM framework
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the TPRM Framework:
- Maintain and update the TPRM Framework, including the standard risk assessments and associated policies and procedures,
- Oversee new vendor on-boarding (vendor assessment, contract reviews...)
- Administer the vendor risk management platform, COUPA, ensure the alignment and consistency of vendor data between the different platforms using these data: VRM platform, procurement tool, accounts payable system,
- Keep vendor risk management platform data up to date (vendor changes, organization changes, service modifications), ensure functionality is aligned with the TPRM policy
- Produce regular reports on vendor risk status and risk assessments
- Conduct change management with internal and external stakeholders
- Stay up to date with market best practices, regulatory expectations and propose enhancements of the program proactively,
- Assist other GSP members in managing sourcing activities in relation to vendor evaluation and on boarding,
- Ensure understanding and compliance to purchasing and vendor risk policies and procedures,
- Contribute to resolution of any audit recommendations issued from internal and external auditors, regulators.
- Produce KPIs and KRIs.

- Local hierarchical reporting: Americas Head of GSP, Projects and Finance Controls
- The Head of Procurement is managing one professional who is assisting her/him in its missions

CFO, but also COO and CIO (main users of external vendors), all SMEs participating to the specialized due diligences on vendors.

Any external provider involved in sourcing projects.
Salary Range: $95,000 -$140,000
