Main Responsibility
Primary function is to support Front Office teams in all Receivable & Supply Chain Finance Solutions (RSF) transactions with CA CIB Americas. The nature of underlying transactions will cover participations, bilateral and Agency roles for all Supplier and Receivable Programs. The candidate will be expected to manage purchase traffic (platform and offline flows), complete the necessary in-house processes and manage a team of at least 4 people.
Functional Tasks
· Initiate and complete in-house systems to establish deals for RSF on core applications as necessary.
· Ensure Obligor and non-client Supplier KYC processes are complete.
· Monitor e-mail traffic and third-party platforms presenting purchase offers for CA CIB New York
· Summarize transactional purchase requests and forward documentation to the Back Office for loan processing
· Oversee same-day and next-day reconciliations to validate completeness of Back Office SCF/Forfaiting operations
· Monitor and report to Front / Middle Office management past due activities
· Work with the necessary stakeholders to ascertain the structure of new RSF Programs to achieve the simplest execution.
· Be involved with and take a lead in strategic programs (deal-specific or service delivery related).
· Manage a team of Senior Associates/Associates providing leadership and operational guidance.
· Take on additional tasks and projects from time to time as reasonably requested by management
Experience
5+ years of experience in an Investment Banking middle office – specifically receivable and payables business and associated platforms/transactional models.
2+ years team lead/management experience.
Education
BA or BS in Finance or Business.
Other Skills
Experience working with the various platforms (Prime Revenue, Liquid X, Orbian, etc)
Strong verbal and writing skills for effective and concise communication
Self-motivated individual with problem solving abilities
Familiarity with ACBS
Salary range: $120,000 - $150,000
