Missions
Trainee will handle/prepare various proposal to the debt issuers.
Trainee also engages execution of DCM deals, not limited to bookrunner, but also co-manager or lower status.

Minimal education level

Academic qualification / Speciality
Bachelor degree or equivalent are required.
JSDA License is required to pass upon on-boarding.

To meet Trainee's criteria of our bank, the expected candidates' full time working experience should be 0 or less than 1 year. New grad is the most welcome.

• Strong analytical skills and quantitative skills, prior experience in capital markets products will be an advantage
• Strong communication and problem solving skills with ability to provide solutions
• Self motivated and hardworking with a strong sense of commitment and responsibility
• Responsible, self initiative, positive attitude, attentive to details & hardworking
• He/she must have native level of writing/reading and speaking Japanese for client contact requirements in Japan.
• Business level of English in writing, reading and speaking are also required.
