Job summary

Position: Trainee / Assistant Trader in Global Markets Division



- Assistant trader across Trading team in Japan on daily tasks such as data analysis, risk reporting and pricing of trades.

- Work on projects to improve processing trades, price indications, system integrations and other key issues for Trading team.

- Starting from understanding the business in depth, be innovate about improving it further.

- Need to pass JSDA exam and obtain its license.

- Long-term trainee(two years at max) is expected.

Candidate criteria

Minimal education level

2 years of higher education (L2)

Academic qualification / Speciality

 - Academic background in Financial Engineering / Computer science

 - Basic understanding of financial products

 - Business English is required.

 - Innovative thinking, Effective communication skill, Ability to be logical, Autonomy

-  In light of current immigration difficulties, candidate should be a Japan resident with Japan working permit.


Level of minimal experience

0-2 years


 - Intern/training experience at Global Investment Bank is preferable

 - Work experience:   None or less than 1 year
