Summary of the position:
We seek an agile software engineer, proficient in modern technologies like micro-services, containers, dev-ops best practices in order to help us transform our technological landscape.
As our legacy application is built upon C technologies, we are looking for a curious mind with advanced level in C programming but also able to pivot to latest languages (Golang, Node.Js, Python…). As a longtime favorite of banking development, Java is also part of our eco-system.
Main duties details:
Manage project throughout the Technical aspects: study, design, implementation & closing
· Provide solutioning / designing from technical standpoint with relevant technical and functional teams
Identify, define and manage technical tooling and processes
· Clearly identify technical tool and processes as per project and application context
Prepare and maintain technical documents
· Clearly define and improve the software documentation required in context of project and applications
· Prepare and maintain different technical documents as per defined processes
Prepare and lead various technical reviews and audits
· On timely basis review and audit various technical aspects of different project and applications
· Identify the gaps, prepare and implement the remediation plan
Setup technical design best practices
· Oversee implementation of various dev-ops, coding, quality management and automation methodologies
· Define and setup process to monitor technical best practices
· Define and setup process to monitor various quality KPIs
· Define and setup process to continuously improve technical stack
· Define and promote the usage of development tooling and automation
Secondary duties:
