Job summary

Summary:

Responsible for administrative support of the London Ship Finance, Structured Leasing Solutions  and Leveraged Finance teams in the London office  Acting as a PA to the Global Head of Ship Finance, Head of London Ship Finance, Head of UK Leverage Finance, , as well as organising and monitoring the travel arrangements of all the team members, processing of all team expenses , acting as BCP liaison, and managing and organising the administration of each office on a day-to-day basis.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

BCP liaison and contact point.
Executive assistant to the department Heads.
Corporate travels booking and monitoring.
Processing all expenses and monitoring all payments for each teams. 
Day-to-day management of the office.
Any other team adminstration role as directed by the Team heads.

None directly, the mission being middle-office not front-office in nature.
 

Legal and Regulatory Responsibilities

 

Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements, including, but not limited to, the London Compliance manual and the Financial Crime Policy.

 
Maintain appropriate knowledge to ensure to be fully qualified to undertake the role. Complete all mandatory training as required to attain and maintain competence.

Candidate criteria

Minimal education level

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

Essential: Secretarial Training and GSCE level qualification in Maths and English
Desirable: A-levels or Degree

Required skills

Experience Required:
Extensive PA experience in a bank or other blue-chip organisation liaising with internal senior management and external clients
• Experience of working in a high pressure environment and to tight deadlines.
• Diary management

Technical skills required

• Good knowledge of SMAC system (SFI dedicated front and middle office portfolio management system)
• Good knowledge of the French language
• Computer literacy (MS Office)
