Job summary


Part of the KYC Middle Office team in OPC/Global Referential Management in Singapore, this “Quality, Reporting and Process Efficiency” team is in charge of managing all projects lead by or impacting GRM Singapore as well as managing transverse tasks such as Finance/Control Management, Administration, Internal/External communications in coordination with their relevant contacts points within either Head-Office or ISAP.

Projects managed by this team can be IT related, regulatory driven projects or organizational initiatives (set-up consolidation, processing centralization, streamlining actions...).

Main responsibilities:

 ·         As act Project Manager on projects impacting GRM Singapore set-up in such as transformation initiatives,

·         Liaise with Paris, London, NY and International Network for project initiatives involving those sites,

·         Put into action project management methodology for various projects or for phases of IT project upgrades in which GRM Singapore is involved (such as UAT or Change management or post-implementation actions),

·         Optimize the GRM Singapore Reporting platform

·         Propose then lead initiatives aiming at a better efficiency (Lean Sig-Sigma, Lean Management, KYC Process optimization…) or security in the set-up

·         In coordination with the Head of Department:

o  Contribute to Control Management process and Staff/Sourcing/on-off boarding process in relation with the relevant contact points within Head-Office and ISAP

o  Prepare and organize the Internal/External communication (business meeting, VIP visits, …)

 Legal and Regulatory Responsibilities:

·         Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements.

·         Maintain appropriate knowledge to ensure to be fully qualified to undertake the role.

Provide team leadership
- Create an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort
- Help develop team members
- Ensure that the team members are equipped and trained effectively to participate in the team

Focus the team on the tasks at hand or the internal and external customer requirements
- Coordinate with internal and external customers as necessary
- Initiate sub-groups or sub-teams as appropriate to resolve issues and perform tasks in parallel

Coordinate team logistics
- Ensure deliverables are prepared in line with the requirements                         - Work with GRM team Leaders, Domain heads and Head of Captive to obtain necessary resources to support the team's requirements

Communicate team status, task accomplishment, and direction
- Keep the Head of Department informed of task accomplishment, issues and status, provide guidance to the team based on management direction

Candidate criteria

Minimal education level

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

Degree in Project Management

Level of minimal experience

6-10 years


• Minimum 7 years of relevant project management experience
• Very good knowledge of Middle-Office and Back-office processes and AML/KYC business/process

Required skills

• Be confident in communicating with people at all levels
• Good judgment, alertness and common sense
• Self-motivated and excellent team player
• Strong perseverance and diligence towards attaining goals and effective time management
• Excellent communication, organizational and presentation skill

• Pro-efficient with PC tools and applications, e.g. MS Visio, PowerPoint, Word & Excel
