In a challenging and multicultural environment, we seek a motivated and skilled Team Head to join our Data Analystics IT team.

Mission: On a portfolio of applications and transversal projects, you will drive the Microsoft Business Intelligence technology team to ensure high level of quality in designs, development, documentation and support. You will guaranty the alignment between business needs and products delivered (in-house solutions).

Main responsibilities

• Manage the Data Analytics IT team, promote cohesion and teamwork and develop expertise
• Manage a portfolio of business applications (development projects, maintenance, escalation point for support) within the scope
• Develops detailed IT work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports.
  Ensure that all activities under your team’s responsibility are performed on schedule within quality standards.
• Collaborate with other teams (support, production), development managers and counterparts at head office in order to ensure reliability of the deliveries and stability of the run.
• Ensure the respect of Credit Agricole CIB code of conduct and compliance rules within the team
  Contribute to initiatives managed at department level (continuous improvement, innovation…)
• Manage a team of professionals to accomplish established goals and conduct personnel duties for team (e.g. performance evaluations, hiring and disciplinary actions)

Qualifications and Profile

This position requires 8+ years of relevant experiences in the IT industry with at least 3 years in projects and people management, supporting the development of enterprise-wide complex information systems within major organizations, ideally in a banking environment.

Mandatory

• Strong technical knowledge on Microsoft Business Intelligence tools with experience in executing data analytics projects
• Good understanding of DWH, SQL databases, BI Technologies especially on tools like SSIS, SSAS, SSRS and Power BI.
• Experience in IT projects management and all phases of SDLC
• Exposure to support business applications
  Ability to present and promote Data and Analytics based IT solutions to business users.
• Experience in coordination between IT business lines, IT teams and ability to do good stakeholders management
• Proactive and problem solving attitude with ability to anticipate risks.
• Strong communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills People management experience especially involving performance management.

Degree and above in relevant discipline

Nice to have

• Experience in the banking industry and/or in international organizations
• Familiar with DevOps models, practices and tools
