Job summary


The Support Engineer is responsible for the day to day operations and maintenance of CACIB information system in a specific technical domain ( Infrastructure, middleware and application support ). This primarily involves execution of standard requests, resolution of incident and implementation of changes.

Main responsibilities

The Support Engineer core responsibilities is to cover the following areas:

- Incident resolution
- Change control and implementation
- Request execution
- Problem management

Candidate criteria

Minimal education level

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

Degree in relevant field

Level of minimal experience

6-10 years


Experience in Banking environment and / or international organization

Required skills

- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize activities
- Team player with cooperative mindset
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Self-motivated, innovative and energetic
- Able to work in a multicultural environment
- Full proficiency in English (oral and written)

Technical skills required

- Experience in IT Production activities (RUN services)
- Knowledge and understanding of infrastructure technologies
- Knowledge of IT Service Management framework (ITSM/ITIL)
