Job summary
GENERAL PURPOSE OF FUNCTION:
To participate in CACIB Compliance team in ensuring that the compliance culture and awareness in CACIB Taipei is well established and implemented, including but not limited to developing/monitoring compliance programs, following up on regulatory financial and banking information/regulations, organizing/providing training programs for all concerned employees.
Assist to handle compliance inquiries, regulatory requests; perform compliance controls on financial security and other business activities; monitor compliance incident and provide business support.
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES:
Be a business partner via providing advice and support
Manage information flow and handle regulatory communications
Maintain a permanent Compliance dialogue with CACIB staff members
Monitor to ensure the bank’s compliance of internal policies and external rules/regulations on financial security and businesses
Perform compliance trainings to staff members
Perform regular compliance controls/assessments
