Job summary

Main Responsibilities:-

Permanent Control

  • Review and validate, on a day-to-day basis and in line with existing credit lines all transactions proposed by the Front Office of Transactional Commodity Finance (“TCF”) in Asia (Hong Kong, Shanghai and Singapore)


  • Draft, implement, and maintain all TCF-related general documentation
  • Negotiate and implement client-specific or transaction-specific documentation

Credit analysis

  • Prepare TCF Asia’s credit applications including quantitative and qualitative client analysis, for new clients and periodic reviews
  • Prepare portfolio reviews, maintain portfolio statistics, Basel 2 indicators, etc

Candidate criteria

Minimal education level

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

Minimum Second Class (Upper) Honours Degree specializing in Banking & Finance

Level of minimal experience

0-2 years


• Relevant internship experience

Required skills

• Responsible in fulfilling duties and meeting deadlines/targets
• Good communication skills, both written and oral
• Proven team player with good track record of collaboration and coordination

Technical skills required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other PC applications
