Job summary

  • Process and control expense of Bank and Securities
  • Book and control accounting payable / travel and expense report
  • Prepare and control accounting and expense report (Monthly/Quarterly/Annual)
  • Support and control annual budgets
  • General corporate service
     

 

Key responsibilities

 

1. Booking and control of accounting payable

2. Process and control expense of bank / securities

3. Control of bank’s assets (Tangible and intangible)

4. Prepare and control accounting and expense report (Monthly/Quarterly/Annual)

5. Reconcile IT related charge with inter-company (ISAP, CACIB HO, CACIB HK etc.)

6. Prepare and control travel and expense report / ESG reporting

7. Support and control annual budget

8. VAT declaration

9. Be responsible for a wide range of administrative services, especially premise related

 Knowledge in accounting or experience in International Banking
