Job summary


In a challenging and multicultural environment, we seek a Project Management Officer to join our CIO Office team.

The CIO office department is responsible for all transversal processes within Singapore’s IT hub (ISAP). Its main assigments include Sourcing Management and Communication (SMC), Budget Management and Finance (BMF), Sourcing Global Coordination, Security, SLA and BCP management (SSB), Operational and Secretarial Support, IT permanent control and Procurement.

As part of the CIO Office department, you will act as a project management officer to liaise with the other departments within ISAP (with a strong focus on the Business Lines IT) and to ensure monthly and quarterly reporting to the management.

As a major participant in the continuous improvement, you will also act as a project manager in order to assess processes efficiency and to design accurate solutions to improve team’s delivery for several CIO office sub-departments.

Main Responsibilities

Project Management Office

Create, produce and improve CIO office’s reporting to the Management
Follow-up and report the staffplan, the budget and the activities of the Business Lines IT (BLI) in collaboration with BLI departments’ PMOs
Produce presentation for Management steering committees
Produce ad-hoc analysis for Management
Organize training sessions and manage the trainings providers relationships

CIO Office coordination

Work closely with BLI heads of department and BMF to gather actuals and cost estimation forecast in order to produce the operational P&L.
Assist BMF in potential finance closing operations
Assist the IT Permanent Control in the Annual Operational Risk Mapping review
Assist SSB in coordinating the SLA review and the update of the finance fees

Project Management

You will be managing an Applicant Tracking System implementation in collaboration with an external provider,  SMC and all the hiring managers
You will be participating in diverse transversal Projects for our Corporate IT department (Communication Portal, Sharepoint Migration…)

Candidate criteria

Minimal education level

Postgraduate degree – MA/MSc/PhD/Doctorate or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

· Master's degree in Engineering or Management from a top school or university

Level of minimal experience

3-5 years


· Previous relevant experience (5+ years) in PMO and/or project management

Required skills

· Proficiency in MS Office, strong MS Excel (VBA would be a plus)
· A result-oriented approach and willingness to learn
· Team player with good communication skills
· Autonomy, adaptability and problem solving ability
· IT world exposure would be a plus
