Job summary


In a challenging and multicultural environment, we seek a Project Management Officer to join our Sourcing Global Coordination team.

The Sourcing Global Coordination (SGC) team’s mission is to support CA-CIB IT’s offshore and outsourcing strategy over its lifecycle (definition, plan, implementation, follow-up) through Quality Monitoring, Supplier Management and Risk Management. The SGC team is spread over Paris, Singapore and New York and reports directly to CA-CIB’s IT Top Management.

As part of the Sourcing Global coordination team, you will act as a project management officer to ensure high quality delivery. You will also guarantee our provider’s compliance to CA-CIB sourcing standards.

Main Responsibilities

Project Management Office

Create, produce and improve SGC’s reporting to other departments
Follow-up and report the business cases of the different sourcing engagement
Produce ad-hoc analysis for Global IT Management

Sourcing control

Work closely with our offshore providers, located mainly in India and Mauritius, to follow-up our sourcing control plan
Collect and analyse provider’s data to assess their compliance to CA-CIB norms and standards
Control that outsourced structures respect the mandatory processes

Other responsibilities

You will be contributing to the project assistance and the monitoring of offshore activities in Singapore:

Participate in governance meetings to monitor the risks and assess the quality of the
collaboration between onshore and offshore

Report on status and escalate issues if necessary
Define, promote and enforce operating guidelines and best practices

Candidate criteria

Minimal education level

Postgraduate degree – MA/MSc/PhD/Doctorate or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

· Master's degree in Engineering or Management from a top school or university

Level of minimal experience

0-2 years


· Previous relevant experience (2+ years) in PMO and/or project management

Required skills

· Previous relevant experience (2+ years) in PMO and/or project management
· Proficiency in MS Office, strong MS Excel (VBA would be a plus)
· A result-oriented approach and willingness to learn
· Team player with good communication skills
· Autonomy, adaptability and problem solving ability
· IT world exposure would be a plus
