SUMMARY OF POSITION:
-Originating, structuring and monitoring Export Finance, Trade Finance, Transaction Banking and Receivables Supply Chain Finance transactions in the US.
SCOPE:
-Target clients will be Corporate, Governmental entities, MNCs, and local and international financial institutions.
- Export Finance products:
o ECA financing.
o Multilateral agency loans
o Commercial Loan with CRI cover
- Trade Finance products:
o Import documentary letters of credit and confirmations
o Cross-border trade-related Standby L/Cs
o Performance guarantees
o Financial guarantees
- Receivables & Supply Chain Financing
o Supply Chain Financing
o Receivables Financing / Reverse Forfaiting
- Transaction Banking:
o Short WC Loan and Cash management
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manages a portfolio of clients for ITB (both Corporates and MNCs) in close coordination with Coverage
- Provides clients with a comprehensive range of products.
- Identifies opportunities, structure transactions and prepare term sheets and offers.
- Prepares and submits Business Opportunity Memorandum (BOMs) for New York and Paris Business Committees.
- Contributes to credit process, sponsoring and defending credit files.
- Negotiates documentation (in conjunction with legal counsel where applicable).
Follow key developments of on-going mandates, and coordinates with the different ITB teams in the network in communications / negotiations with counterparts in the US to ensure smooth execution.
- Ensures close monitoring of transactions post-closing, in close coordination with MO
- Work with ITB management in the implementation of the strategy in the country, through the definition of commercial targets and products to be marketed.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follow-up of portfolio
- Support in the preparation of the budget
- Contribution to increase revenues and profitability
Cross selling in general with other Product Lines of ITB and other Business Lines in the Bank.\
SPECIAL ROLE REQUIREMENTS: Travelling as necessary
Salary range: $225,000 - $250,000
· +10 years of relevant experience with knowledge of Export Finance, Trade Finance and Receivables/Supply Chain Finance
